RETURNS - WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
I live in France. Whilst I am happy to accept returns you will need to send your item to me here in order to receive a full refund or exchange. Not only can than be costly as you are responsible for the shipping cost but during these Covid times, queuing at the post office to send a package is not ideal and I would prefer you didn't have to do that.
Please ensure you have double checked the size guide on the listing before ordering, and if you have any doubts at all about what size you need please contact me first.
Quality control is paramount but occasionally an item may arrived damaged or faulty.
If this happens to you please contact me immediately with a photo or two clearly showing the problem. I don't quibble and will replace your item completely free of any cost to yourself.
Please do not leave a negative review before contacting me if you have a problem. I will always do my utmost to put it right for you.
