Sizing Details
Each item of clothing in my store has a size guide which you'll find in the images section. It gives the measurements of the item so please be sure to check this before ordering your size, making note of whether the fit is is unisex or fitted for women etc. Needing to return items because you ordered the wrong size can be costly to us both, not to mention the added carbon footprint. If you have any doubts about the sizing please contact me before ordering and I'll do my best to help.
All my clothing items and soft furnishings have washing instructions in the description but as a rule of thumb to keep your printed item looking great they should be washed at 30°C and either air dried or tumbled on low. Only ever iron on the reverse and never iron directly over the printed design.
Mugs can be washed by hand or in the dishwasher and are microwave safe.
Bags should be sponge cleaned only. If particularly soiled you could try gently washing by hand in warm soapy water and then dry flat but that is at your own risk.
Jewelry, wall art etc should be kept clean by occasionally going over it with a soft clean dry brush. A soft unused paintbrush works well.
I live in France. Whilst I am happy to accept returns you will need to send your item to me here in order to receive a full refund or exchange. Not only can than be costly as you are responsible for the shipping cost but during these Covid times, queuing at the post office to send a package is not ideal and I would prefer you didn't have to do that.
Please ensure you have double checked the size guide on the listing before ordering, and if you have any doubts at all about what size you need please contact me first.
Quality control is paramount but occasionally an item may arrived damaged or faulty.
If this happens to you please contact me immediately with a photo or two clearly showing the problem. I don't quibble and will replace your item completely free of any cost to yourself.
Please do not leave a negative review before contacting me if you have a problem. I will always do my utmost to put it right for you.
I ship internationally from several different countries in order to provide a faster shipping experience for you and to reduce our carbon footprint when possible.
Clothing and bags are printed to order either by me in France or by trusted specialists printers on my behalf in the USA, Canada and Europe. Not all items are available from all locations but I will always try to give you the best service possible by choosing to ship from your nearest location.
Home Furnishing and Art prints are made to order in both the USA and the United Kingdom and made on my behalf.
Jewellery, wax melts and other small gifts are hand made by me and ship from France.
Days quoted are working days and do not include weekends and national holidays.
**Please note when ordering near Christmas you need to add an extra 7-14 days to these times. Particularly whilst we're being effected by Covid.

Europe 5-7 days, USA 10-12 days, Australia and Canada 15 days
My products are printed / made to order and not held in stock ready to go so once you have placed your order, strictly speaking it is not possible to cancel.
However, I know that sometimes something goes wrong and the order genuinely needs to be cancelled. If you let me know within 24 hours of placing your order I will do my best to cancel it for you, but it won't always be possible as items often go into the print queue within that timescale.
