WHERE DO I SHIP FROM?
I ship internationally from several different countries in order to provide a faster shipping experience for you and to reduce our carbon footprint when possible.
Clothing and bags are printed to order either by me in France or by trusted specialists printers on my behalf in the USA, Canada and Europe. Not all items are available from all locations but I will always try to give you the best service possible by choosing to ship from your nearest location.
Home Furnishing and Art prints are made to order in both the USA and the United Kingdom and made on my behalf.
Jewelry, wax melts and other small gifts are hand made by me and ship from France.
Days quoted are working days and do not include weekends and national holidays.
**Please note when ordering near Christmas you need to add an extra 7-14 days to these times. Particularly whilst we're being effected by Covid.

USA-3-5 days, Canada 7-10 days, Everywhere Else 15-21 days
ITEMS THAT SHIP FROM FRANCE
France 2-3 days, Europe 5-7 days, USA 7-10 days, Australia & Canada 10-12 days.
ITEMS THAT SHIP FROM ELSEWHERE IN EUROPE
Europe 5-7 days, USA 10-12 days, Australia and Canada 15 days
My products are printed / made to order and not held in stock ready to go so once you have placed your order, strictly speaking it is not possible to cancel.
However, I know that sometimes something goes wrong and the order genuinely needs to be cancelled. If you let me know within 24 hours of placing your order I will do my best to cancel it for you, but it won't always be possible as items often go into the print queue within that timescale.
